Return Policy:

We accept returns only in case of defective or incorrect products. The request for a return must be made within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, without any signs of liquid damage. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you via email about the status of your return. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy:

We accept exchanges only in case of defective or incorrect products. The request for an exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, without any signs of liquid damage. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you via email about the status of your exchange. If the exchange is approved, we will initiate the shipment of the replacement product within 7 working days. There are no additional shipping charges for replacement items in the mentioned scenarios. Note:Pre-owned devices are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns or exchange. The replacement request must not be for the same reasons mentioned in the return policy. If the product is unavailable for replacement or the seller is unable to ship the product, the customer will be provided with the best possible alternatives. In cases where the customer demands a refund, a 90% refund will be given if the product is available for replacement but the customer does not want it. In express-orders, only a 90% refund will be provided if the delivery address is outside the service area.
